Refund policy

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all original tags and packaging

Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage cannot be accepted.

2. Eligible Items

All apparel items (hoodies, tees, sweatpants, outerwear, etc.) are eligible for return unless marked as final sale.

3. Final Sale Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Limited‑edition drops

  • Made‑to‑order pieces

  • Clearance or discounted items

4. Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, you can request an exchange within 10 days. Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and approved.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Bando Society is not responsible for lost return parcels.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A short description

We will prioritize replacements or issue a refund if the item is unavailable.

7. Refunds

Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, processing may have already begun.
