All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During high‑volume drops or restocks, processing may take slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We do not control carrier pricing.
4. Tracking
All orders include a tracking number. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships.
5. Customs & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.
6. Wrong Address Policy
If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately. Once the order has shipped, we cannot change the address or refund the order.
